The course aims at shedding light on the many ways in which the law governs human life at its different stages, from conception to death. In this framework it also analyzes and discusses the “legal construction” of human bodies and sexuality with particular attention to European law.

5. Aspetti giuridici del rapporto medico/paziente e fine-vita.

Programma
Il Corso ha ad oggetto il governo della vita umana attraverso il diritto, dal concepimento al fine-vita. Lo studio include l’analisi dei modi in cui i dispositivi giuridici “costruiscono” i corpi e la sessualità. In questo quadro complessivo particolare attenzione è dedicata al diritto europeo.Il corso si articola in cinque parti:
1. Introduzione al biodiritto;
2. Il regime giuridico delle parti del corpo, dei tessuti e dei geni umani;
3. La procreazione e le tecniche di riproduzione medicalmente assistita;
4. La costruzione giuridica del corpo sessualizzato;
5. Aspetti giuridici del rapporto medico/paziente e fine-vita.

Il corso è insegnato in presenza e sarà erogato a partire dal 3 ottobre 2023. Il metodo didattico osservato prevede una forte interazione delle e degli studenti che saranno invitate/i a studiare e discutere in classe i materiali oggetto del corso. A tal fine la frequenza è fortemente raccomandata.Modalità Valutazione
L'esame finale si svolge in forma orale sulla base dei testi assegnati e studiati in classe. La partecipazione alle discussioni in classe è valutata ove possibile.
