Applications are now open for the International Humanitarian Law Legal Clinic, which will take place during the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year (Prof. Giulio Bartolini).
Students will have the opportunity to explore key issues related to the application of international humanitarian law in armed conflicts and to work on concrete projects in partnership with leading institutional actors, in particular in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross on issues relating to artificial intelligence and the identification of concrete cases of the proper application of IHL. The course will also include seminars led by legal advisers of the armed forces and representatives of civil society, including IHL staff of the Italian Red Cross.
