THE COURSE – WHICH IS PRELIMINARY TO THE OTHER COURSES IN PUBLIC LAW – AIMS AT OFFERING THE ACQUISITION OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF PUBLIC LAW. THE COURSE PROVIDES A FULL INVESTIGATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW SYSTEM AND OF THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR PUBLIC POWERS IN LIGHT OF THE PRESENT-DAY CONTRIBUTION OF THE SUPREME COURT DECISIONS, OF OUR PRESENCE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND OF THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF OUR PUBLIC LAW.

Lessons will take place in person. For those unable to participate, remote connection on the Microsoft Teams platform is provided. To connect, access to the Microsoft Teams platform and join the Team of the course "AA21 / 22 - PUBLIC LAW - AD" where, from week to week, the lessons will be started, following the indicated times. Although the mode of attendance is optional, it is still highly recommended.Modalità Valutazione
The final oral exam, structured in 3 o 4 questions, is designed to assess students' understanding of the fundamental concepts of public law and its institutions, as well as the specific section of the program relating to the rights of persons with disabilities. In assessing the exam, the final grade will take into account the level and quality of knowledge of the topics; the ability to critically analyze a topic; the logic of the arguments supporting a thesis; as well as the use of vocabulary appropriate to the discipline being studied.
