The course aims to provide students with the knowledge and methodological tools required to understand key concepts regarding security and to evaluate compliance, risk management and sustainability systems within public and private organizations.
In particular, the course is intended to develop students’ ability to analyse the main corporate compliance frameworks from an integrated perspective, with specific reference to organizational, management and control models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, anti-corruption measures, whistleblowing regulations, personal data protection, environmental compliance, and quality, health and safety management systems.
Particular attention will be devoted to the integration of compliance, risk management and corporate governance, highlighting how the identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring of risks are essential to the achievement of strategic objectives and to ensuring organizational resilience and business continuity.
