The course aims to examine the relationship between law, rights, and new technologies. Rights arise with humanity. Human history should be viewed as a progressive struggle for rights. Now that new technologies have transformed society, the economy, the form of the state and government, and human life, we must reflect on how to guarantee rights through the law. The law must make use of algorithmic systems, shaping them in accordance with constitutional values.
