Roma Tre Law School

Located in front of the beautiful St Paul’s Basilica, in a lively and well-served district (10 minutes by subway to the Colosseum, 20 minutes by bike to the city center), Roma Tre Law School provides an excellent curriculum, taught by renowned scholars in a modern facility.

Awarded the prestigious title of “Department of Excellence” (2018/2022-2023/2027) by the Italian Ministry for University Education, the Roma Tre Law School offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs, incorporating a significant number of legal clinics.

Students coming from Europe and from countries outside Europe may opt for single courses or for programs taught entirely in English, among them the Masters degree “Law & New Technologies”, and the International PhD program “Law and Transnational Regulation”.

Staffed by Professors with extensive international experience, Roma Tre Law School is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion of the most vulnerable.

Classroom methods build on traditions developed throughout ten centuries of legal education in Italy (the first law school in Italy was founded in 1088, at the world’s oldest university, in Bologna), enriching them with modern innovations such as interactive and learn-by-doing approaches from other legal traditions.

Roma Tre Law School offers Dual Degree programs with European and non-European law schools; it also offers semester exchange programs with several universities located in the USA (Cardozo Law School; University of Washington; Nova Southeastern University), China (Beijing Normal University; SISU Shanghai), Japan (Nagoya University), as well as with universities in various European countries.
