The activity allows students to experience, through the enhancement of the Roman casuistic approach, the experience of the so-called formular Roman civil process. In particular, the activity, in addition to brushing up on the basics of Roman private law (substantive and procedural), will be an opportunity to understand - practical cases in hand - the dynamic functioning of the ancient Roman legal system.
