Students will be asked to study and discuss Constitutional Court judgments in order to understand how, in practice, rights and freedoms are guaranteed through the judicial review of legislation.

During the activity, the professor will indicate the judgments to be studied.
It is recommended that students study the section on rights and freedoms and constitutional justice in a textbook on public law or constitutional law.

The assessment of the ability to analyze and understand the judgments of the Constitutional Court will be carried out during the activity.
