The course is taught in the second semester in three two hour seminars per week.

Modalità Valutazione

The marks for this course will be allocated on the following basis: (a) a 20 minute class presentation of the argument in your final essay, during the period running from Tuesday 14 May to Tuesday 28 May 2024 (20% of the mark); (b) a final essay of 1,500 words that must be sent to fionaelizabeth.macmillan@uniroma3.it, in Word or PDF form by midday on Wednesday 5 June 2024 (80% of the mark). The title of the essay is "Can intellectual property law incorporate artificial intelligence into its scheme of protection?"
