The course is aimed at providing students with the most relevant notions on the law of business organizations, as well as developing skills of analysis and interpretation of business law rules.
The program is mainly focused on the following topics: business organization; intellectual property rules; competition law; financing of corporations; corporate governance; director liability; mergers and acquisitions; negotiable titles.
Consistent with the bachelor program’s mission, some of the classes will analyse the impact of digital assets, decentralized technologies and artificial intelligence on the functioning of corporations.

The course classes will be held from 6 October 2025 to 18 December 2025 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.Modalità Valutazione
The course assessment consists of an oral test. This test is made up of three questions regarding the topics covered in the recommended texts and in the lessons of the course. In order to achieve a pass mark, a minimum of 18 out of 30 is required in the oral test. The score of 18 confirms a the basic knowledge of the subject matter including the technical language. A mark of 30 with honours confirms an excellent command of the topics, excellent technical language skills and excellent ability to analyse legal issues related to commercial law.
