BIOETHICS AND BIO-LAW
Educational goal
The course aims at:
a) acquiring knowledge on ethical and legal problems raised by the increasing development of science and technology; b) acquiring competences on the main theories in the pluralistic discussion (libertarianism, utilitarianism, pragmatism, personalism); c) taking into account jurisprudence and norms that discipline these issues.
