Programma

Law cannot be analysed, studied, understood using only the categories of positive law itself. Law is in itself a social phenomenon. Law, is not understood without historical, social, political, economic and cultural studies. During the course, an in-depth look at the semantic fields of peace and war, human rights, state sovereignty, criminal justice and imprisonment will be taken.
